COVID-19 SAFETY POLICIES 

  • You will be contacted the day before each appointment to pre-screen for common COVID-19 symptoms.  If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, your appointment will be rescheduled and you will be advised to consult a medical doctor. 

  • Patients will be spaced out appropriately to avoid overflow and allow for time to clean and disinfect the room using EPA-registered  disinfectants.

  • Guests of patients will not be allowed in the clinic.  If you need to be accompanied by a family member, friend or caregiver please contact the office prior to your appointment.

  • All new and existing patients will receive an Informed Consent form specific to COVID-19.  The completed form must be submitted 24 hours prior to your appointment.

  • If you have any common COVID-19 symptoms upon arrival, you may asked to return home.  Please feel free to contact the office to discuss your condition prior to the appointment. 

  • Face masks are required upon arrival and during the treatment.  Due to limited availability, masks will not be supplied.  Please ensure you bring your own.

  • Upon entering the treatment room you will be required to sanitize your hands.  Hand sanitizer will be available in the room.

  • Temperature checks will be performed upon entering the clinic.  If you have a temperature of 100.4° or higher you will be asked to return home.

  • Please arrive at the time of your appointment.  If you arrive early, please wait in the hallway and call or text the office (646-770-1475) and someone will come out to get you. 

  • For new patients, health history intakes will take place via phone.  Please call the office for more information.
